15-09-06 New Appointment

Hangar is delighted to announce the appointment of Ken Moreland as Operations Manager. Ken joins us from NEC in Bollivar, Co Meath, where he worked in various positions for 25 years, most recently as Production Manager. He brings a wealth of experience to the company. Ken will primarily be responsible for all aspects of the production and manufacturing process.
04-09-06 Be Blown Away...But Not By A Hangar Roller Door!

Hangar is delighted to announce the successful completion of wind testing of our in-house designed and manufactured Roller Door & Shutter products. The Roller Door & Shutter series was tested at Warrington APT laboratories in Walsall, UK in July and was successful in gaining Class 5 Wind loading. For larger size doors, our Wind Lock Guide provides enhanced stability for your roller door in the event of strong gales. The successful achievement of wind loading tests is part of Hangar's ongoing commitment to product durability, safety and quality. It is also part of CE marking for our roller door range.

04-09-06 Fired-Up!

Hangar is delighted to announce the successful completion of fire testing of our in-house designed and manufactured Fire Roller Shutter. The HFD75 Fire Shutter was tested at Warrington Fire Research laboratories in July and was successful in gaining 4 hour fire rating. Hangar will begin to manufacture, install and market the HFD75 in the coming weeks.

01-09-06 An Ideal Day Out!

Hangar will once again be present at the forthcoming Ideal Homes Exhibition from 26th-30th October. The event will take place in the RDS, Ballsbridge. Hangar will display electrically operated garage doors for the five days. Our team will be delighted to demonstrate our products and to discuss different options to suit your needs.
14-08-06 Tullamore Show

Hangar was recently delighted to take part in the Tullamore National Livestock Show, both as a sponsor and as an exhibitor. As one of the largest events in the farming calendar, this years show did not fail to disappoint, with an estimated 55,000 visitors attending the show on August 13th. Held in the grounds of Charleville Estate, Tullamore, Co Offaly, Hangar sponsored two events (Class 391 & Class 392) and also had a trade stand exhibition. As a long-time sponsor of the show, we were delighted to have a greater presence at this years show and look forward to next years event!
16-01-06 Corporate Name Change at Hangar

Fuss Hangar has officially relaunched as Hangar. Following the takeover of Hangar Industrial Doors, formerly part of Kingspan Group plc, by Fuss Products in 2002, the company traded as Fuss Hangar. Now, we feel the time appropriate to relaunch as Hangar, creating less confusion among clients as well as a stronger and more memorable brand name.
24-10-05 Eircom Ideal Homes Exhibition 2005

Hangar will be exhibiting at this years 2005 Eircom Ideal Homes Exhibition in the RDS, Simmonscourt from 27th-31st of October. Hangar will display two garage doors: a Black PVC-coated, Electrically Operated Roller Garage Door and our new Insulated Overhead Garage Door, finished in Georgian panle, Light Oak. If visiting the show, please take a few minutes to browse our stand and to view our products.
24-10-05 No more Fuss at Hangar?

We have been known as Fuss Products, Fuss Doors, Hangar Industrial Doors and most recently as Fuss Hangar. However, the company will trade from now on as Hangar. The changes will not be immediate, but will take place over the coming weeks and months. Many will be sad to see the Fuss name go, but will be glad to know that the registered name of the company remains Fuss Door Systems Ltd. The name change has taken place as we embark a new marketing campaign over the coming months. It was felt that the dual Fuss Hangar name was too confusing for prospective clients and so the name change took place. The eagle will remain as our company logo, portraying our determination to soar above competitors on the Irish market.
