Hangar Mavifold Unique Design

In the event that the Hangar Mavifold High-Special-Door is impacted, the door curtain is released from the Flexible Track (side-guides) without damaging the door curtain.

Unique Technology: The unique curtain release Technology lies in its strong simple design. The track is built with two side-guides made from heavy-duty flexible polyester fabric. The curtain offers durability, low maintenance, long-lasting doors for heavy Industrial and Commercial applications.

Frame

Self supporting Alu-zinc steel frame (Uprights and Header beam) with Polyester powder coated finish Grey RAL 7016, other RAL colour on request.

Track fitted with Flexible guides on the uprights.

New reliability concept, Flexible guides for breakaway curtain (both ways) without damaging the door curtain.

Support: 100% high-strength Polyester fabric, with double-sided P.V.C. coating.

Weight / sqm: 670 g

Tear strength warp / weft: 25 daN

Treatments: UV and fungicide.

Finish: Acrylic varnish.

Cold crack temperature: -25°C (-13°F).

Available in 12 standard colours.

Fabric curtain reinforced with horizontal strengtheners to provide maximum wind resistance.

The Hangar Maviroll curtain operates silently as the side-guides (tracks) are made from heavy-duty Polyester fabric.

No noisy steel or aluminium tracks!!

Multi Safety Devices

The Hangar Mavifold complies with NF P 25-362 Safety Standard.

The Mavifold High-Speed Fold-up door, standard features include

·         Curtain release system without damaging the door curtain.

·         Soft bottom edge technology (no more troublesome rigid bottom edge electronics).

·         Curtain safe light weight: 1.4 daN at 600 mm (24") high per metre opening width, prevent injury.

·         Jamb-mounted dual safety photocells to insure safe operations.

·         Flashing warning lights, when the door operates.

Option: Semi-automatic or fully automatic safety lifting in the event of power failure. (Spring free counterweight)

For use on exterior openings, the Maximum door size is: 4500 mm wide x 4500 mm high (15' wide x 15' high).

High-Speed Operation

The opening closing speed of the Fuss Hangar Mavifold is 40" per second (1m/s).

Closing time can be regulated from 5 to 30 seconds.
