Frame/Top Hood

Self supporting Uprights technology. Designed for food processing and pharmaceutical washdown applications.

Both models have stainless steel Uprights and Top Hood.

Model: 100% Polyester finish.

Painted on alu-zinc steel. Standard painted grey RAL 7016. Other RAL colour on request.

Support: 100% high-strength Polyester fabric, with double-sided P.V.C. coating.

Tear strength warp/weft: 50 daN.

Treatments: mildew / UV and salt resistant.

Finish: Acrylic varnish.

Cold crack temperature: -20°C (-4°F).

Food Hygiene Features

Built-in Water high pressure cleanout system.

All components can be easily reached for cleaning (no dismantling needed).

No area of water retention.

The door frame contains no gaps, and is resistant to moisture, acids, animal fats, rodents, insects and salt solutions.

Sealing top hood.

Special limits curtain seals.

Bottom sleeve seal, weather resistant.

Opening Controls

Manual Lifting: Opening and closing by holding down the push-button.

Automatic lifting: Depends on the traffic flow : pull switch, induction loop, hand-held radio, radar,... Closing time can be regulated from 5 to 30 seconds.

Curtain automatic reinsertion system.

Soft bottom edge technology for maximum safety.

Curtain safelight weight: 1.4 daN at 600 mm (24") height per metre opening width, prevents injury.

Jamb-mounted dual safety photo cells to insure safe operation.

Flashing warning lights, when the door operates.

With Stainless Steel Brake to IP 55.

Motor is fitted inside the top hood, polyurethane paint protection for food hygiene requirements.
