Hangar Maviroll Unique Design

In the event that your Hangar Maviroll High-Speed Door is impacted, the door curtain is released from the flexible track (side-guides) and then automatically reinserts itself without human intervention.

Unique "Flexible track" to provide an effective curtain release system: The unique curtain release Technology lies in its strong simple design. The track is built with two side-guides made from heavy-duty flexible polyester fabric.

Unique technology: The TRAFFICONTROL curtain reinsertion system offers durability, low maintenance, long lasting doors for heavy Industrial and Commercial applications.

Frame

Self supporting Alu-zinc steel frame (Uprights and Header beam) with polyester powder coated finish Grey Ral 7016, other RAL colours on request.

Track fitted with flexible guides on the uprights.

New reliability concept, flexible guides for breakaway curtain (both ways) with automatic reinsertions system Maviflex(Patent).

Support: 100% high-strength Polyester fabric, with double-sided P.V.C. coating.

Fabric curtain reinforced with horizontal strengtheners to provide maximum resistance in draft applications.

Hangar Maviroll curtain is built-in to withstand high drafts and negative pressures up to 25 daN/m².

Maviroll High-Speed Fabric Roll-Up door's standard features include:

TRAFFIC CONTROL curtain release system, with automatic reinsertion system.

Soft bottom edge technology (no more troublesome rigid bottom edge electronics).

Curtain safe light weight: 1.4 daN at 600 mm high per metre opening width, prevents injury.

Jamb-mounted dual safety photo cells to insure safe operation.

Flashing warning lights, when the door operates.

Option: semi-automatic or fully automatic safety lifting in the event of power failure (spring free Counterweight).

For use interior openings, the maximum door size is: 4000 mm Wide x 4000 mm High.

The average opening closing speed of the maviroll is 1 m per second.
